Fees Terms & Conditions
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the MODEL-IT 2027 Symposium Secretariat via email.
- Cancellation requests received on or before 30 June 2027 will be eligible for a full refund of registration fees paid, less a ZAR 500 administration fee.
- Cancellation requests received between 1 July 2027 and 31 July 2027 will be eligible for a 50% refund of registration fees paid, less a ZAR 500 administration fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after 31 July 2027.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the written cancellation request. Any bank charges, transfer fees, or other associated costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Substitutions of registered delegates are permitted at no additional charge. Requests for substitutions must be submitted in writing to the Symposium Secretariat and must include the details of the replacement delegate.
The MODEL-IT 2027 Symposium Organising Committee reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the Symposium due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In the event of cancellation by the organisers, all registration fees received will be refunded in full.
The Organising Committee shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by delegates, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, visa, insurance, or other related costs arising from the cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling of the Symposium.
By registering for the MODEL-IT 2027 Symposium, delegates acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
